What is it?
Repaying means sending borrowed tokens back to the pool. Debt shrinks, Health Factor usually improves, and the repaid cash becomes available for others to withdraw or borrow.
Why does it matter?
A cluster of large repayments can ease utilization. For one wallet, repay is the main way to step back from liquidation risk without adding collateral.
Example
Maya owes 3,000 USDC. She repays 1,000 USDC. Her debt is smaller, so the same ETH collateral now covers the loan more comfortably.
Where can I find it?
Live Activity filter Repay. Wallet lookup will show a smaller borrowed total after the repay is included in the live position.
