What is it?
Liquidation threshold is a higher percent than LTV. It is the collateral factor Aave uses when checking Health Factor. If collateral value after this threshold no longer covers debt, Health Factor drops below 1.
Why does it matter?
This is the line that matters for liquidation, not LTV. LTV is for opening borrows. Threshold is for staying alive.
Example
An asset with 80% LTV and 85% threshold means you can borrow up to 80%, but liquidation math uses 85% of collateral value against debt.
Where can I find it?
Asset detail KPI Liquidation threshold. Market reserve table. Wallet technical details show the protocol's current liquidation threshold for the account when Aave reports it.
